Returns & Refund Policy
We are offering returns services for unwanted and faulty items. In case of returning items please contact first our online support by email, phone or Whatsapp to discuss the process.
We accept returns of unused items in perfect condition and original packaging within 30 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for verification just in case the item will get lost while shipped back. For returns of unused items the full amount will be returned when the package is received and goods are reviewed. Shipping costs won’t be refunded.
When exchanging any items please contact us to discuss further details. Please be aware that Flea Shop won’t cover the cost of sending the unwanted item back or the shipping costs for sending out the exchanged item.
In case of the faulty items, the cost amount will be refunded in full or Flea Shop will send a replacement free of charge when we receive returned faulty item back. All shipping costs will be covered by Flea Shop. For items returned because of the damage or defect, the full amount will be refunded. All items returned as damaged or defective will be checked. If there is no fault found, Flea Shop reserves the right to recharge for order made and shipping costs.
Changing or cancelling an order
Any order can be canceled within 7 working days from the date of receiving written notification in email about the order. To cancel your order please contact us via email / Whatsapp within 7 days. If the order has not been dispatched yet, more items can be paid for and added to the parcel. In other cases, when the order has already been dispatched, placing additional orders might be required.
Before we refund any costs we will contact the client to confirm a valid debit card and / or alternative payment method such as cheque / another payment card. All refunds are done within 3 days after receiving damaged / faulty items.
